After a week or so riding flat courses in low intensity I am happy to report that I was able to shave 2min3sec from my PR on my favourite mountain pass climb. Happy over the moon!!!😉 also found out that if one does not want to big climbs to affect its overall average speed, one needs to climb them faster 😀simple as that
